Qualitative Data Analysis: A Practical Workshop

About the course

This workshop will give you the opportunity to learn and apply skills in qualitative data analysis. You will engage with real data to gain hands on experience in analysing qualitative data both deductively and inductively. You will be introduced to a framework approach for data analysis, but the principles we apply will be relevant to all types of thematic analysis.

The workshop focuses on learning about qualitative data analysis through a hands-on, creative approach. The session does not cover specific software packages, but the principles of analysis you learn will be applicable to any method of data analysis, whether manual or computer assisted.
